(1) The appellant, Brian Stanley (Father), filed this appeal from a Family Court order dated June 13, 2008, which affirmed a Commissioners order modifying Fathers child support obligation. Father contends that the Family Court erred as a matter of law and abused its discretion by retroactively modifying the parties written child support agreement. We find no merit to Fathers appeal. Accordingly, we affirm the Family Courts judgment.
